A draft of the United Nations IPCC Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) report leaked to the New York Times says that it is “extremely likely” that humans caused “more than half of the observed increase in global average surface temperature from 1951 to 2010.” The draft report predicts that sea levels will rise by between 29 and 82cm by the end of the century, with scientists “fairly confident” that sea level will be closer to the upper limit. The report is being circulated for final review and will be released September 2013 to November 2014.Leaked UN IPCC AR5
